 Rann is a movie related to Jouranlism. In this movie the story is about the bomb blasting. There is two channel in this film called India 24/7 and Headline 24 respectively.

Vijay Harshwarden is the CEO of India 24 /7 channel . He is very passionate about giving the truth and facts to his audience whereas Headline 24 is more interested in earning money and to be top in industries. Due to the competition India 24/7 is lossing its TRP . 

 India 24/7 has a biggest rival called Amrish the head of the channel Headline 24 and also a former worker of channel India 24/7.

Nalini keshyap is the coordinator of channel Indian 24/7 who helped Vijay related on the fall down of channel TRP .

Purab Shastri is a young journalist and the biggest fan of Vijay Harshwarden because of his honesty towards the audience. He just started working in India 24/7 .Praksh Trivedi is the creative editor in India 24/7 .

Vijay's son Jay is very worried about the channel.So, he suggested to open a new show to his father. Purab wasn't that convinced by the idea but Vijay took a side on his son due to the fall down of the channel TRP because if the TRP didn't get high he will not able to pay the salary to his staff . 

Nalini works in India 24/7 as a hidden worker of Headline 24. She always leaked the ideas of India 24/7 to him . 

Jay took 30 crores of loan to launch new show , that's why he is very worried about the channel.

Due to his worried he deals with the corrupt politician Mohan Pandey to frame Prime Minister Digvijay Hodda for involving in terror attack . So that Mohan Pandey can fight for election for Prime Minister position. So, he requested Jay to published a story about Prime Minister in his channel and in return he will pay his loan .

So, they planned to falsely accused Prime Minister on bomb blasting by making a false video and Jay convinced his father that the video (story) is real . After that the story hit the nation and again elections happened where Mohan Pandey wins and became a new Prime Minister.

Purab interview the PM Mohan Pandey and he was asking him about his crime and suddenly Jay stopped him and threatened him to fire from the company. So Purab started suspecting Jay .

In Vijay Harshwarden birthday party . He saw the group of people related in the video made my Jay's. In the party he saw khanna the friend of Jay's from college. So, he started digging on that and found out that Jay is opening 2 more shows and the funding is given by Mohan Pandey. 

So he took a new sim and send a dead photo of Khanna and he make a copy of footage where they talked about the real incident related to the old Prime Minister Digvijay Hodda and went to Amrish to published the story. 

After that Purab found out Amrish is equally corrupt people and he sold the evidence on 500 crore . Purab found about that and he secretly went to Amrish place and record everything.

And he posted the video and finally the truth came out . Jay feel guilty about his work and couldn't handel the situation and he commit suicide. Amrish got in jail for scandels and Vijay resigned as a CEO. 

And finally Purab become the CEO of India 24/7 because he has the courage to expose corruption.

Weakness 

Father trusted his son and got betrayed .

He didn't try to find out the truth by himself and posted the wrong story.

Strength 

At any cost the truth came out .

It also shows the life of a journalist how they shows the truth and facts towards their audiences .

Overall impression 

It shows the real hardwork of a journalist. The way they fight for the right things was mesmerising. They always tries to show the truth for their audiences.

What do you learn? 

I learn that you need to be always truthful and kind for the right thing . And always tries to find the truth by yourself. Don't trust people easily especially your closed one . As a journalist always show the truth towards the nation and fulfill your duty.
