The Nepal Nexus ( An inside account of the Maoists, the Durbar and New Delhi) प्रयोगशाला  is written by Sudheer Sharma . Sudheer Sharma is a Nepalese writer and journalist, known for his significant contributions to the media industry. He served as the Editor _ in _ chief of " kantipur ”, Nepal's largest daily,for multiple terms influencing the direction of one of the country's most widely read newspaper.

This book is about the Nepal's politics. Nepal is a beautiful country divided into three parts hilly, Himalaya and terai . Nepal is the country which neighbour is India and China. 

Sudheer Sharma talks about the people where they are poor with no jobs but the kings have a beautiful, luxurious life , living in a palace ignoring everyone's life and problems. For the very long time the king ruled for centuries but the people suffered due to unfair taxes , no schools and not enough payment .

After that , there is Maoist enter in the country in 1996 creating conflict between the people and the kings . The war is for the rights for women and low , caste people . It also for the poverty, jobs and schools as well . Many people were killed at that time during protest . At that time many people get job and schools to read .

During that , Nepal faces a biggest twist . The royal massacre where the whole family was killed but nobody knows the real culprit. Whole country feel sad and every people cried and they called that day as " Black day ” of Nepal . Everybody thought Nepal was cursed by sati .

After the king family was killed .In 2002 , New there was a huge war and the newly elected Prime Minister couldn't stop the war . King Gyanendra has to declared the emergency. But that backfired because people were angry and started people's movement. During that time people with kings old enemies were against king. After that Nepal held elections for a constituents assembly. At the time Prachanda became Prime Minister with big leadership. Due to his cleaverness he manages to win .

So, after Prachanda wins there is no rule from Kings and the country became democratic with President and Prime Minister .

After that people from Terai feels discriminatef and they demand to make Terai seperated and they started protest against that . They even block the road and didn't let the trucks of goods passes form there which create more conflict between the people of Terai and governments. So, the government rethink about the situation and make 7 provinces . 

Again after sometimes they fight with government due to dissatisfaction and at the same time India jumped and they stopped sending goods, petrol and gas to Nepal which create a tension for government.

People have to take lines for half cylinders gad , for petrols and they have to pay a huge amount for food as well due to scarcity. After sometime things get better between the county anf taking with India.

So , this book is all about the politics of our country Nepal. How it became democratic and how much people suffered till now .
